SID - Service of Information about Disability, with registered office in Avda. de la Merced 109-131, 37005, Salamanca (from now on
SID), is aware of the absolute importance of preserving your privacy.
The
SID's policy lies in respecting your privacy in compliance with
Law 34/2002, of 11 July, of Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services and Basic Law 15/1999, of 13 December (LOPD), of
Personal Data Protection.
The only data that the
SID will be able to access are those which you voluntarily provide.
In this sense, you should know that in order to have access to certain products and sections of the
SID (to receive bulletins on your e-mail such as the Digital Disability Observatory, the section "My Profile"…) you will be required to provide us with your e-mail address.
The personal data provided will be incorporated, for their automated treatment, into a file that is under the responsibility of and owned by the
SID.
These data will not be used for any purposes other than that of the rendering of the service. Neither will they be provided to third parties nor used for sending commercial or advertising information. The
SID reserves the right to use them in order to contact you for justified reasons.
In compliance with that provided by
Basic Law 15/1999, of 13 December (LOPD), you will be able to exercise your right of opposition, access, correction and deletion of your data by contacting us at the aforementioned SID registered office, by e-mail
